A Little About Me
It’s hard to put everyone in a box. I certainly don’t think I fit in one, or two, or more, but what matters is that every place and person I’ve ever worked with can tell you I’ve always given my full and undivided dedication to my work. I pride myself for being responsible, proactive, patient, and enthusiastic. I’m always looking for the next challenge and keep this motto as my guiding principle, “When there is a will, there is a way.”
I started working as a sophomore in high school, and I can tell you every job has taught me something. I’ve been lucky enough to find my passions in marketing and business strategy. I’ve specialized in product and project management, because you need to love your product, and organize yourself for success. I’ve also learned that work ethic is not just a quick mandatory quiz, but the key for everything to fall into place. I’ve learned to keep a positive attitude and to stay resilient. And last but not least, I have a curated background in integrated marketing campaigns, advertising, analytics and reporting, basic technical and software knowledge, and much more.
I’m currently part of the digital product team of Royal Caribbean Cruises, where I lead numerous e-commerce initiatives for our consumer websites. While we have achieved and built value for the web and guests, the biggest accomplishment for me has been understanding the real meaning of team work and collaboration. We’ve been able to maximize this by understanding our strengths, weaknesses, and trusting each other.

I currently support the e-commerce department as the main Product Owner of the B2C cruise bookings platform. I’m responsible for leading the addition of new features to the RoyalCaribbean.com website, such as the implementation of new technology, solve for company’s needs, and overall improvement of the web experience, in order to retain and convert more customers.

During my time as a PM, I was responsible for drafting, estimating, tracking, and completing a variety of marketing projects, from digital to traditional advertising, which could range from a simple flyer design to full marketing campaigns, as well as microsite development.

Probably one of the most valuable experiences during the beginning of my career in the digital marketing spectrum. I got to work directly with the Search team were I learned how to create and manage various SEM campaigns for different clients. Also focused on SEO and how to enhance organic traffic.
