Responsibilities

  • Own and feed product roadmap
  • Conduct recurring sessions with executives in order to assess priority of projects based on research, analytics, development effort and business needs
  • Collaborate with UX and Optimization teams to define experience and possible tests of new features
  • Partner with various stakeholders such as Legal, Business Intelligence, Brand, Product, IT, and external vendors to establish clear business rules and build requirements for digital product evolution
  • Responsible for feeding product backlog, and refining product requirements with Development team
  • Implement tracking and reporting to evaluate product performance
  • Conduct recurring meetings, not limited to business strategy/requirements sessions, stand ups, refinement sessions, etc
  • Conduct UAT prior to launching features live
  • Support and prepare capital requests as needed by business

Accomplishments

  • Led projects in order to support cruise cancellations during pandemic. Built features in order to retain company cash flow, protecting an average of $4.6 M in revenue
  • Created new profile for loyalty members, allowing guests to see their points, bookings, and also generated 17K brand new email sign-ups
  • Enhancements to the web have allowed for overall growth for the Web channel, ending 2019 at 7.6%, and 2020 and 8.1%
