Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and organize project plans to include project briefs/requirements, specs, due dates, list of stakeholders/responsibilities, and budgets
  • Create and monitor project timelines/schedules on a regular basis
  • Direct and participate in meetings and working sessions, such as strategy, brainstorming and concepting, project kick-offs and handoffs, QA and testing, deployment plans, etc
  • Work and communicate with different project stakeholders, such as: Required agency departments (creative/designers, copywriting, strategy, development, account management, SEO, analytics, etc.), contractors/3rd party vendors, and clients
  • Create estimates, SOWs, price sheets, and other agency agreements as needed
  • Handle project budgets ranging from a few hundreds to half million dollars
  • Client list includes: Enterprise, Alamo, National, Norwegian Cruise Line, Crystal Cruises, Resorts World Bimini, Karisma Hotels and Resorts, Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, Copa, etc

Digital Marketing Intern Responsibilities

  • Used DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM) to manage, organize, review, and adjust different campaigns and budgets as needed
  • Created social ads using Facebook for Business, and adjusted them based on campaign and performance
  • Performed A/B tests for both SEM and Social PPC campaigns
  • Assisted in the creation of SEO initiatives, such on-site and off-site SEO:
  • Conducted site crawls and keyword research to improve sites’ SERPs, and created new SEO titles and descriptions based on research
  • Edited blogs, enhanced link-building, and researched new evolving digital marketing opportunities
